ROCCAGLIA Apartment is a large and comfortable apartment on two levels. Ideal for a family with 2 even 3 children or 2 couples. The two bathrooms with shower allow a very comfortable and functional use.

The patio of 26.55 square meters on the north side of the house, spacious and furnished to eat outside is cool and comfortable. Privacy and space all around will make a successful holiday. The apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning*.

2nd bathroom with shower and double sink. Laundry and storage room.
All Floors are in "cotto" made by hand, ceilings in the traditional beams of oak.

Special shaded gazebo reserved by the pool of 26 sqm.

Smoking is not permitted inside apartments, just outside providing not to disturb other people (at least 10 meters away, says Italian law).

Not included in the price of the rent to be paid on place.
_ Minimum Security Deposit: € 150 to be paid in cash par apartment at arrival. The security deposit will be returned by the owner at the end of the holiday, after the final apartment inspection.
_ Tax of tourist sojourn of village of Casole d'Elsa village is not included: € 1.00 per person per night (maximum 5 nights). Children under 12 years do not pay.
_ Remote controls. In case of loss or damage of the remote controls present in the apartment, such as the TV, the entrance gate or other, the cost to be paid is 100 €.
_ Indipendent seasonal Heating consumption* is not included (LPG GAS): Euro 4.00/m3 to be paid in cash.

The pool measures 16 x 6,2 mt. deep from 110 cm. to 220 cm. is reserved solely to Casale Refoli guests. Open from May 21st to October 7th.
The reserved solarium with sunbeds and deck chairs will be assigned at the beginning of the holiday to a single family or group and will always be used for the period booked.
