Since 2007 it offers hospitality and welcome to lovers of Tuscany, its countryside and its art treasures.

The property is located in the open countryside near the area of the Berignone Natural Reserve in the middle of a marked hiking trail. Ideal for spending holidays in a typical Tuscan countryside.
Casale Refoli is distant in total 5 km from the village of Casole d'Elsa in the province of Siena - halfway between Florence and Siena - in practice, it takes about 10 minutes to reach the village with restaurants, shops, and all the most important services.

The property of Casale Refoli is accessed from a dirt road of about 2.5 km. This non -paved country road (2.5 km) is suitable for quite high cars on the soil. Have a look of some of our guests' cars as an example.

The interiors of Casale Refoli are comfortably equipped and well-finished.
Floors are in "cotto" made by hand, ceilings in the traditional beams of oak, crafted wooden kitchens with marble shelves with all the furnishings. Mattresses are comfortable (double cm 200x170 and single cm 200x90-190x80).

Bedroom wardrobes and some dining tables are old restored by skilled craftsmen. Each apartment has an exclusive external paved in "cotto" and with furniture for outdoor dining. Independent seasonal Heating LPG on consumption*. Free WiFi inside and outside.
All apartments have Air Conditioning on consumption*. Even in July and August the average daily extra consumption of Air Conditioning, used correctly, is from €0.50 up to €4.50. Each apartment is equipped with its own electricity meter and guests can check it directly at any time.

The pool measures 16 x 6,2 mt. deep from 110 cm. to 220 cm. is reserved solely to Casale Refoli guests. Open from May 21st to October 7th.
The reserved solarium with sunbeds and deck chairs will be assigned at the beginning of the holiday to a single family or group and will always be used for the period booked.

Casale Refoli property is an ancient Tuscan farmhouse detectable in the maps (dated 1824) of the "Catasto Leopoldino" with the name of "Podere Cetinaglia".
